Role Overview:
As a Freelance/Part-Time Account Manager, you’ll be the linchpin between our agency and our valued clients. Your primary goal will be to manage client accounts, ensuring that communication is seamless, expectations are surpassed, and relationships are strengthened. You’ll work closely with our internal team to translate client needs into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
– Understand client objectives and needs, and effectively communicate these to our internal team.
– Coordinate with our marketing team to develop and oversee the execution of strategic marketing plans that achieve client goals.
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
– Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.

– Proven experience as an Account Manager, or similar, within the digital marketing industry.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
– A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
