Job Description

I am a wedding photographer seeking a dedicated and highly organized virtual assistant to join our team full-time. This role is integral to our operations, requiring someone who can manage various administrative tasks and contribute to our overall efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Reply to emails and follow up with clients promptly.
-Assist with creating and managing contracts and invoices.
-Schedule photo shoots and set calendar appointments.
-Manage the photographer’s calendar to ensure smooth operations.
-Conduct research on various topics as needed.
-Set up and manage various accounts.
-Write blogs and captions for social media posts.
-Create engaging social media content.
-Communicate with other photographers and clients via email.
-Inputting information to my Client Management Software (i will show
you how)
– Image curation – selecting 90 off best images some about 600 images
for slideshows and blog posts (i will train you on how to do this)

– Designing albums for clients communicating with them through the
process (I will train you on the program and provide you with an email
address so you can correspond with them throughout the design process)

Requirements:
– STRONG ENGLISH SKILLS IS A MUST BECAUSE YOU WILL BE COMMUNICATING WITH ENGLISH SPEAKING CLIENTS
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency with scheduling and calendar management.
-Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.

What I am looking for:
-Hard Work and Efficient Performance is far more important than years of experience or lengths of resume
-Dedicated, loyal, on time, organized, hits deadlines, quick learner, smart, strong in english
-Every month is slightly different but on average I would say I have about 10 hrs/week worth of work offer. Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less.
