Freelance Photo Culler/Virtual Assistant

Hello!

I’m a Family-Newborn & Wedding Photographer in search of a Freelance Virtual Assistant to help with culling photos and potentially more tasks such as photoshopping and blogging in the future.

Culling Includes:
You will go though 1000 + photos per session and choose around 150 for me to edit.
This will be done in Adobe Lightroom.
I photograph 3-6 sessions per week. Each session will take about 1 hr to cull.
Paid Training will be provided!

What I am NOT looking for:

*If you are disorganized or have difficulty with deadlines and structure, please do not apply?

What I AM looking for:

Someone who is available to deliver a job 2-3 days after being assigned

Hard Work and Efficient Performance is far more important than years of experience or length of resume
?Dedicated, loyal, on time, organized, hits deadlines, quick learner, smart, strong in english

Someone who is interested in Photography

Bonus if you’re familiar with the basic workings of Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop

Every month is slightly different but on average I would say I have about 3-5 hrs/week worth of work to offer right now.
More during my busy season April-December.
Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less.

If you end up being a great fit and show high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer and the amount of hours per week.
