Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Freelance Photo Editor to join our creative team. As a Photo Editor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and perfecting our visual content, ensuring its alignment with our brand image and overall objectives. You will collaborate closely with our photographers and designers to deliver exceptional and visually captivating images.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with photographers, designers, and creative team members to understand project requirements and expectations.
– Review, select, and edit photos to meet quality standards and project specifications.
– Enhance images by adjusting colors, lighting, and composition using industry-standard editing software.
– Retouch and manipulate photos while maintaining a natural and authentic look.
– Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all edited images.
– Manage and organize large volumes of images in an efficient and structured manner.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging editing techniques.
– Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality edited images within designated timeframes.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Photo Editor or similar role.
– Proficiency in industry-standard photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
– Solid understanding of color grading, retouching, and manipulation techniques.
– Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain visual consistency.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and photographers.
– A portfolio showcasing your editing skills and previous work.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in working with a variety of photography genres (e.g., fashion, product, headshot, etc.).
– Knowledge of current trends and techniques in photography and editing.
– Familiarity with digital asset management systems for efficient image organization.
