Freelance Photo Editor & Culler Needed

I am a Wedding Photographer in search of a freelance photo culler and editor to help with:

– Culling the top photos from photoshoots and weddings in Lightroom (I will train you how)
– Editing those photos from photoshoots and weddings in Lightroom (I will train you how)
– Image curation – selecting 100 of the best images from about 800 images for slideshows, blog posts, and publications (I will train you on how)

What I am NOT looking for:

– If you have zero experience in Lightroom, please do not apply
– If you are disorganized or have difficulty with deadlines and structure, please do not apply
– If you are not strong in communicating in English, please do not apply
– If you have an unreliable internet source, please do not apply

What I am looking for:

– Diligent and Efficient Performance is far more important than years of experience or length of resume
– Someone who is dedicated, loyal, a self-starter, organized, hits deadlines, detail-oriented, quick learner, smart, strong in english
– Someone who has the ability to work a lot in busy weeks during this busy wedding season, and adapt to slower weeks and/or different tasks in the winter.

Every month is slightly different based on my bookings, but on average I would say I have about 12 hrs/week worth of work to offer. Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less.

If you end up being a great fit and show a high level of commitment and efficiency, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you. This position has the potential to change into part time or full time.
