They seek an experienced Podcast Editor/VA to help manage and grow their podcast presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in audio editing, content strategy, and SEO optimization.

**Key Responsibilities:

Conducting content reviews and analyzing audience engagement patterns for existing podcast episodes
Developing effective content repurposing strategies to create short, engaging video clips from longer episodes
Researching relevant keywords and optimizing titles/descriptions for podcast SEO
Creating and managing an editorial content calendar
Implementing guest outreach strategies to align with relevant guests/collaborators
Tracking performance metrics and providing insights to improve discoverability

**Skills and Competencies:

Proven experience in audio editing and podcast production.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Excellent audio editing, project management and communication skills required
Familiarity with podcast production workflows and marketing best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail.

**Additional Information:

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Project-based, with potential for ongoing engagements.
Work Schedule: Flexible, To be agreed upon
Hours: 5-10 weekly
Work Arrangement: Remote/work-from-home. Must have a complete home equipment setup (desktop/laptop, headset, stable internet, webcam).
