Freelance Project Management Expert – Notion and ClickUp

About Us:

We are a rapidly growing digital agency seeking a talented Freelance Project Management Expert with a strong proficiency in Notion and ClickUp. We are looking to overhaul and streamline our project management systems to drive better efficiency and transparency across our organization.

Job Description:

As a Project Management Expert, you will work closely with our team to reimagine and restructure our Notion and ClickUp workspaces. Your role will involve optimizing our project workflows, designing new templates, and implementing best practices for project management. You will also provide training to our team on how to effectively use these tools.

Clarification:

Please note that we are not seeking a Virtual Assistant, a junior role, or any position that requires extensive training.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who is already fully competent in both Notion and ClickUp. We require someone who can take the reins and deliver quality work as soon as possible without requiring substantial oversight or consuming valuable team time.

Responsibilities:

Assess and understand our current usage of Notion and ClickUp.
Develop a detailed plan to restructure and organize our Notion and ClickUp setups, focusing on improving workflows, collaboration, and productivity.
Create, manage, and refine custom templates for different use-cases.
Implement effective project management practices across the organization.
Train team members on how to best utilize Notion and ClickUp in their respective roles.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting related to Notion and ClickUp.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of the changes implemented and suggest improvements when necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital or creative agency setting.
Advanced knowledge and expertise in Notion and ClickUp.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
Ability to create custom workflows and templates.
Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
