Freelance Project Manager (Project-Based)

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and creative Freelance Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of projects across our business operations, including marketing, finances, hiring, and more. Your primary goal will be to implement the vision of Shot by Rakiya, breaking it down into actionable tasks and timelines (quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily) and ensuring efficient communication and coordination within the team. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and operational prowess to free up time for the visionary, collect and organize ideas, and manage business operations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement detailed project plans, breaking down the company’s vision into quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily tasks. Ensure all projects align with our mission and brand objectives.
Team Coordination and Communication: Serve as the main communication hub for projects, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all team members and stakeholders.
Operational Creativity: Innovate and strategize creative solutions for managing business operations, including finances, marketing, hiring, and project execution. Drive improvements and efficiencies within the team.
Tool and Resource Management: Utilize Google Drive and other cost-efficient project management software to organize projects and team activities. Ensure the team is leveraging these tools effectively for optimal collaboration and productivity.
Graphic Organization: Collect and organize ideas and thoughts using engaging graphics and visuals. Must be an expert in Canva, capable of translating concepts and plans into compelling visual formats.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or entrepreneurial environment.
Strong organizational skills, with a knack for breaking down complex visions into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a collaborative team environment.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to innovate in business operations, marketing, and project management.
Proficient in Google Drive, Canva, and other project management tools, with a focus on cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
A passion for storytelling and branding, with an understanding of the unique needs of our target audience.
