Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a commission-only basis. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and presenting qualified candidates for various roles within our organization.

Responsibilities:
– Utilize various sourcing methods (such as job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
– Screen resumes to ensure candidates meet basic qualifications for open positions.
– Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
– Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in Technology/IT sector.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position with a minimum fee of ?21,273.97 per successfully filled role. The Freelance Recruiter will have the opportunity to earn additional commissions based on the number of placements made.
