We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Freelance Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team at Ignition, a leading provider of complete management software solutions for small businesses in the service industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to target and acquire new HVAC service business clients who can benefit from our all-in-one software solution. This is a freelance opportunity, allowing you to work remotely and independently.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement end-to-end sales and marketing strategies to target potential clients in the HVAC service industry.
Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
Create and manage marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Conduct software demonstrations and presentations via phone or video conference to showcase the value and benefits of our management software solution.
Establish and maintain relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Provide regular sales activity reports and updates to the project manager.
Continuously improve your knowledge of our software solution and the HVAC service industry to effectively address client needs and provide expert advice.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in software or technology sales.
Knowledge of the HVAC service industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a remote setting.
Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
