Freelance Social Media Manager & Content Specialist Needed for Wedding Photographer 🙂

I’m a Wedding & Senior Portrait Photographer looking for a freelance Social Media Manager with fun & positive energy to assist me!

I am looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Specialist to join my team on a freelance basis. Your main focus will be to analyze and assess my social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook), identify what’s working and what’s not, and implement strategies to enhance my online presence.

Here are some tasks that you would own:
• Analyze and assess the performance of my social media accounts.
• Identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with my brand and goals.
• Review my published galleries, select the best images, and create visually appealing grids.
• Write captivating captions that engage my audience.
• Schedule content across all platforms to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay current.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage interactions.
• Collaborate with me to ensure the content reflects my style and vision.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, specifically in the photography industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram & Pinterest, if you have knowledge in TikTok & Facebook, that’s a plus) and their algorithms.
• Creative eye and a passion for photography.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content strategies.
• Excellent writing skills with a knack for creating engaging captions.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience with content creation, including photo editing and graphic design.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of previous social media work, preferably in the photography industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with wedding and portrait photographers.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
