PIPELINE® is a US-based company and we started back in 1979, taking inspiration from the famous wave on Oahu’s North Shore in Hawaii. We sell casual clothing and gear with the iconic WaveCrest logo, reflecting a lifestyle influenced by surfing.
We are looking for a reliable, talented, and experienced Social Media Marketing specialist who will promote PIPELINE® Clothes & Gear products on social media platforms, build brand awareness, increase online sales by driving traffic to website, PIPELINE® Amazon Storefront and pages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist focuses on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets and is tasked with several key duties, such as:
Create a strategy: Each platform needs its strategy.
Post content regularly, though the consistency depends on the platform.
Create engaging content that’s interesting and stays on brand.
Track and analyze metrics: Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
Build a group of influencers for the brand.
Announce new products or services.
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses, and making recommendations for improvements
Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

REQUIREMENTS:
*PROVEN work experience as a Social Media Manager / Marketing
*MUST have experience in fashion and lifestyle marketing
*Hands-on experience in content management. No copyright
*Excellent copywriting skills
*Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
*Excellent communication skills
*Good at simple video/photo editing is a plus for this job.
The selected applicant will undergo a trial period of six months, during which their performance will be closely monitored and evaluated.
The working shift will require a few hours overlapping the Pacific Standard Time to cater to clients for meetings, calls, coordinating with the team, and updating reports to the management, while some of the tasks can be done in a flexible schedule.
