I am a Pet Photographer in search of a freelance virtual assistant to help with some tasks such:
– Inputting information to my Client Management Software (I will show you how)
– Tracking client workflow in my Client Management & Trello Software (I will show you how)
– Inbox Management including Monitoring inbox, Filtering Emails, Preparing Emails to be sent with Autoresponders and reviewing media call outs.
– Copying information from client questionnaires into google docs templates
– Culling the top photos from photography sessions in Lightroom (I will train you how)
– Creating wallart galleries, photo slideshows and online galleries for clients (you will be trained on how to create a slideshow using software you can log in to)
– Image curation – selecting the best images for blog posts, videos and other content (I will train you on how to do this)
– Designing albums for clients
– Liaison and task management with copywriter and graphic design virtual staff
– Developing/documenting systems and procedures
– Implement business automations
– Document Template Creation and updating (Google Suite)
– Personal research & errands
What I am NOT looking for:

What I am looking for:
– Diligent and Efficient Performance is far more important than years of experience
– High attention to detail, dedicated, loyal, honest, on time, organised, hits deadlines, quick learner, smart, strong in English
– A self-reliant and problem-solving “I’m figure that out” attitude
– Availability to work a minimum of 4 hours between the times of 10am and 4pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne VIC (GMT+10), 5+ days a week. Some tasks will need to be actioned daily so the minimum days each week to be available is Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
Every week and month is slightly different based on when I have bookings. Initially, there will be approximately 20 hrs/week work. Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less. If you end up being a great fit and show high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you and the position could potentially change to full time!
