Job Description

I own and operate a Primary School Photography company based in Vancouver, Canada and I’m in search of a female freelance virtual assistant to help with my daily tasks. Any task that you are unfamiliar with, I can train you in as long as you are strong in the English Language-Speaking and Writing Skills and have excellent Administrative Skills.

The main tasks I’m looking for are below:
Gmail Management-Checking emails daily and responding to customer service emails with templates that I will provide
Data Entry and Administrative Tasks-Must have skills and knowledge in Excel and Word to create documents and spreadsheets
Scheduling and iCalendar Management-Will create weekly schedules for employees

Future tasks that I may require may include:
Lead Generation
Graphic Design and Social Media Management for Facebook and Instagram
Weekly Email Marketing Newsletters to Potential Clients with Constant Contacts

What I am looking for:
Must have a Strong Internet Connection Daily
Someone that is strong in English-Speaking and Writing
Strong Administrative Skills
Dedicated, hard working, loyal, honest, on time, quick learner and kind
Someone that is organized and detail oriented
Diligent and efficient performance is far more important than years of experience
Good time management, proactive, responsible and takes pride in their work
Accountable, reliable and consistent in their work

Every month is slightly different depending on the season but on average I have 4 hours a week of work to offer to begin and this will increase over the next few months. Our summer season is less busy and our fall season is our busiest time of year and will require 10-20+ hours a week or more. We would like to train a VA to be ready for our busy season now. During the busy season starting in Sept. I will require the VA to work Monday to Friday approx. 4 hours a day.
