Freelance Virtual Assistant for Photographer Needed

I am a Wedding and Portrait Photographer based in Utah and Vancouver, Canada in search of a freelance virtual assistant to help with my daily tasks. Any task that you are unfamiliar with, I will train you in. The main tasks I am looking for help with right now are:

– Drafting Email responses to clients. I provide templates for you to use for every response.
– Using my Client Management Software: Honeybook, to keep me up to date with projects and workflow.
– Image curation: selecting about 100 of the best images out of 700+ images for slideshows and blog posts.
– Creating in Canva: adding photos and text to already started guides for my clients.

Future tasks that I will train you in may include:

– Culling the top photos from photo sessions and weddings in Photo Mechanic.
– Editing photos in Lightroom.
– Creating and organizing posts on Instagram.
– Blogging photo sessions and weddings for me.
– Upgrading my SEO throughout website and blogs.
– Pinning my images to Pinterest.

What I am looking for:

• Someone who is organized, appreciates the art of photography and is detail oriented.
• Dedicated, loyal, on time, quick learner, smart, kind, and strong in English.
• Diligent and efficient performance is far more important than years of experience or length of resume 🙂

Every month is slightly different based on my bookings, but on average I have at least 10+ hrs/week of work to offer. Spring and summer are busier, so some weeks it could be more, and some weeks may be less.
