HI! I’m a Wedding Photographer in search of a freelance virtual assistant to help with some tasks for my upcoming wedding season such as:
-??Copying information from a questionnaire into specific templates I’ve made in Canva.
-Culling engagement sessions and whole weddings. This means going through potentially 3000-7000 images in Lightroom. (I will train you how)
-??Creating photo slideshows for wedding clients (You will be trained on how to create a slideshow using an online software.)
-Designing wedding albums for clients in photoshop. (I will show you)
What I am NOT looking for:
*If you are disorganized or have a difficulty with deadlines and structure, please do not apply
*If you are not strong in communicating in english, please do not apply
*If you have an unreliable internet source, please do not apply
What I am looking for:
* Someone who will enjoy going through wedding and engagement galleries.
* You must have access to Lightroom and Photoshop.
* Hard Work and Efficient Performance is far more important than years of experience or length of resume.
* Positive attitude, Willingness to learn, Dedicated, Loyal, On-Time, Organized, Hits Deadlines, Quick Learner, Smart AND strong in English.
Every month will be slightly different, But on average I would say I will have about 6-8 hrs/week worth of work to offer. Some weeks could be more, some weeks less.
If you end up being a great fit and show a high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you and the position could potentially go from part time to full time.
