Freelance Virtual Assistant Needed

I am a wedding videographer and portrait photographer in search of a virtual assistant! You’ll be helping me directly to create images and videos that people will treasure for the rest of their lives. 🙂

5-15 hours per week. Some weeks it could be more and some weeks less.

If you end up being a great fit as my business grows, I may be able to offer part-time or full-time work in the future!

Pay: $4 USD / HR

Tasks may include any of the following:
– Creating Instagram content, such as carousels
– Scheduling Instagram and Facebook posts
– Culling video
– Mixing sound for video
– Color correcting for video
– Culling wedding galleries
– Editing wedding galleries
– Culling portrait galleries
– Editing portrait galleries
– Creating simple ceremony and toast videos
– Logging business expenses
– Updating alt text on website photos
– Creating/updating YouTube and Vimeo thumbnails and descriptions
– Other odd jobs as needed

Must have:
– Reliable internet connection
– A great attitude 🙂

I AM looking for someone who is:
– Dedicated and available for ongoing work for the foreseeable future
– Friendly and easy to work with
– Great with deadlines
– Details oriented
– Comfortable communicating in English
– Quick learner
– A basic understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Lightroom are a bonus, but not required. I will train you if you do not have experience with these. Hard work and efficient performance is far more important than years of experience. 🙂

I am NOT looking for someone who is:
– Disorganized. If you struggle with deadlines and staying organized, please do not apply.
– Unable to receive and implement feedback. If you struggle with this, please do not apply.
– I work with large files that will need to be downloaded in order for us to work together. If you have an unreliable internet connection, please do not apply.
