Freelance Virtual Assistant Needed

I am a Wedding and Lifestyle Photographer in search of a freelance virtual assistant to help me with some tasks. I’m looking for someone to help with:

– Culling images from weddings and sessions using Adobe Lightroom (Creative Cloud). You would need to be available to work on culling images two days following the sessions to have them ready for the editor (I will train you how to cull as I would).
– Image curation – selecting a set number of images from the best images in a gallery for blog posts and helping to write up content to go with the images. (I will train you how to do this).
– Creating photo slideshows for wedding clients (you will be trained on how to create a slideshow using online software you can log in to)
– Social media marketing (creating social media ideas, writing captions and creating graphics or reels on Canva).
– Copying information from a questionnaire into specific templates

What I am NOT looking for:
– If you are disorganized or have difficulty with deadlines and structure, please do not apply.
– You are not strong in communicating in English, please do not apply.
– If you have an unreliable internet source, please do not apply.

What I am looking for:
– Hard worker, good communication, dedicated, loyal, on time, organized, hits deadlines, quick learner, smart, strong in English.
– Enjoys going through weddings/session photos. This could mean going through 3000-7000 images per week.
– Has Lightroom CC and Canva Pro (ideal but not required).
– A bonus if you know how to use SEO, trending audio and generate viral video concepts for social media.

Every month is different I would say I have around 4-8 hours/week worth of work to offer. Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less.

If you end up being a great fit and show a high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you and the number of hours.
