Driver Coordination:
Assign and dispatch drivers to specific shipments and routes.
Communicate instructions, schedules, and any special requirements to drivers.
Monitor driver progress and address any issues or delays.

Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, and other relevant parties.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their shipments.
