I am a full time wedding, lifestyle and boudoir photographer in search of a reliable and efficient freelance virtual assistant to help with some tasks such as:
– Copying information from questionnaires into templates
– Inputting information into my Client Management software for booking proposals (I’ll show you how)
– Image curation- Selecting 90 of the best images from weddings and 30 of the best images from other galleries, to use in future blog posts and Instagram posts. (I will train you how to do this)
– Culling through galleries (I’ll teach you this)
– Album design using my album software Fundy (I will teach you)
What I am NOT looking for:
– If you are disorganized or struggle with time management and meeting deadlines, please do not apply
– If you are not strong in communicating in English, please do not apply
– If you have an unreliable internet source, please do not apply
What I AM looking for:
– Hard work and efficient performance
– Dedicated, loyal, on time, organized, hits deadlines, quick learner, strong in English.
Bonus:
If you have worked in the photography industry, wedding industry and/or have experience using Lightroom, that is a big plus for me!
Every month is slightly different and I will start by giving you just 1 or 2 tasks. Once I know that you can handle those tasks and I see that we are a good fit, I will be offering roughly 10 hours of work a week. Some weeks could be more, some could be less.
If you end up being a great fit and show high level of commitment, as my business grows, so will tasks I have to offer you and the position could potentially change to part time or full time.
