Please make sure you are NOT reading from a script, make sure your camera and speaker are working properly and you look presentable and your background is also presentable (This is a pre-interview to get accepted to the group interview with other qualified candidates, this is your time to shine and stand out.)

Overview:

As a Front Desk Virtual Assistant with Insurance Verification experience, you will be a key member of our administrative team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

– Pre-Authorization Process
– Accurate data entry and management using Excel and Google Sheets.
– Providing exceptional phone customer service, including managing front desk inquiries and communications.
– Handling insurance authorization and verification processes
– Ability to explain Insurance Benefits
– Assisting with the management of electronic medical records (EMR).
– Assisting the Office Manager and Clinical Director in drafting and organizing documents regarding systems and protocols
– Additional administrative tasks as required, including front desk duties such as taking inbound calls and making outbound calls when needed
– Update billing systems with relevant authorization details.
– Capability to Handle Unpaid Claims

Qualifications:

– MUST speak fluent English.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
– Previous experience in front desk management, phone customer service, and insurance authorization.
– Clear and articulate English communication skills.
– Ability to be easily trained with a willingness to learn diverse administrative tasks.
– Demonstrated ability to work hard, both independently and as part of a team.
– Must be able to work hours varied between 8 am-7 pm PST for training and communication purposes.
– Eventually, the candidate will be trained to answer calls forwarded from our office phone during business hours.
– Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or sports therapy is required.
– Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time timezone (PST)
