Job Title: Front End Admin / Personal Assistant
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary: $700/month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (1-hour lunch break)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front End Admin / Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage their time well, and contribute to the smooth operation of our client’s daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Management:
Monitor and manage the client’s incoming and outgoing emails.
Prioritize and respond to emails as necessary.
Organize the email inbox and maintain a structured tagging system.
Document Organization:
Create, update, and manage digital and physical documents for the client.
Ensure documents are correctly named, categorized, and stored.
Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports and presentations.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the client as needed.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Manage the client’s calendar and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Front End Administration:
Serve as the first point of contact for the client.
Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person.
Delegate emails internally to the correct person in charge
Client Outreach:
Make phone calls to reach out to clients on behalf of the client.
Handle client inquiries and follow up as needed.
Maintain records of client interactions and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in email management tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Comfortable making phone calls and handling client interactions professionally.
