Searchbug, a California US-based company, is seeking a home-based Front End Developer for Full-Time employment. We are an e-commerce business that has been in the industry for more than 20 years and we have an international team. Our development team is based in the Philippines as well as South America.
We are looking for a Front End Developer who can help us with the redesign and overhaul of our website. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter and hard-worker to join our growing and expanding company.
Required Skills:

* Knowledge of site design impacts on SEO
* Knowledge of WordPress
Responsibilities:
* Improving current site design
* Adding new navigation menu
* Adjusting styles, layout, and images
* Ability to provide guidance and make recommendations on overall site design
* Adding new UI functionality utilizing standard frameworks (jQuery, bootstrap, etc.),
* Redefining content structure and complete site redesign
Work Schedule:
* This is a full-time, 40-hours per week position
* Work schedule is flexible, most team members work Monday – Friday, 1:00PM – 9:00PM Pacific Time (4:00AM – 12:00PM Philippine Time)
The starting salary is $800-$1000 USD monthly, depending upon experience. If you really impress us, we are willing to evaluate your performance and compensation after 90 days and at 6 months if an increase is warranted. We will pay you bi-weekly by sending USD via , which they convert to PHP at the exchange rate during payroll on the 2nd and the 16th of every month. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, performance, and attendance.
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will receive the following:
* 13th month
* Up to six (6) Filipino observed holidays
* 3 paid vacation days
* 3 paid sick days
