Job Summary:
This position requires a combination of coding skills and a great eye for aesthetics. We are looking for someone who keeps up with American design trends and is strongly experienced in User Experience and User Interface development.
The candidate we are looking for needs to be extremely honest, trustworthy, and hard-working. Someone who loves learning and is not afraid to take on new tasks.
Required experience:
Expert in writing front-end code that’s responsive, cross-browser compatible, and maintainable
Experience with converting Adobe XD files to a WordPress theme
Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress CMS
Advance knowledge of Javascript and jQuery
Basic PHP skills – knowledge about creating custom templates and custom post types
MySql – Understanding the structure of WP databases
Experience working with Custom Fields and Custom Post Types
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
General understanding of Adobe Photoshop
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Package – Adobe XD, Illustrator
Ability to research solutions independently
Eager to learn and keep up with new technologies
Positive can-do attitude
