Front End Developer

The Front End Developer position will work with a team to execute marketing goals. We are looking for people who enjoy working with a team while developing themselves professionally. We are embarking on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers.

Responsibilities

Full Stack experience a plus, but proven Front End experience is necessary
Transform wireframes and design mockups into functional UI components in collaboration with the marketing team
Build e-commerce web front pages
Creates visual designs to meet brand and business requirements
A storyteller who champions visual design and polish to improve user’s experience, understanding, and first impression of the company
Validate cross-device compatibility and ensure applications’ performance on various devices
Enhance accessibility for all components, ensuring usability for users of assistive technologies
Add new feature sets based on designs from the marketing team
Document and share organizational best practices for front-end development
Prepare front-end templates to provide progressive enhancement for modern browsers
Troubleshoot front-end technical or performance issues
Develop, implement, and maintain components, templates, and integrations, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Assist in the migration and upgrade processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal business disruption.
Adhere to and enforce best practices for coding standards, performance optimization, and security compliance
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the company’s products, proposing innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, data flow diagrams, and API documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolutions
Open-source projects and contributions to the local developer community.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree
4+ years of experience in related field
Experience using Figma, Sketch, Invision
Experience with front end components like React and VUE
Experience with Odoo is a plus
Experience with responsive components like Material UI and Styled Components
Experience with HTML/CSS with experience with Javascript and Python
Experience with REST, GraphQL, and API
Possess a genuine interest and enthusiasm to learn the evolving concepts of computer vision, machine learning, and developer tooling, and the future ahead.
