Front End Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front-End MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing responsive and user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, React, and NodeJS). The successful candidate will lead the development of our front-end architecture and work closely with the back-end team to ensure the seamless integration of all components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack
• Lead the development of the front-end architecture and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Collaborate with the back-end team to ensure seamless integration of all components
• Write clean, well-organized, and maintainable code
• Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and data structures
• Ensure code quality by writing automated tests and conducting code reviews
• Participate in agile software development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications using the MERN stack
• Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, ExpressJS, React, and MongoDB
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket protocols
• Strong knowledge of front-end architecture and design patterns, including state management, component-based architecture, and responsive design
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices, including agile methodologies, version control, and automated testing
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers is a plus
