Job Description

We are in search of a professional Front End Receptionist/Customer Management Specialist to become a pivotal part of our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing customer inquiries and delivering outstanding service to our clients across various industries, including construction and flooring and marketing companies. This is a full-time remote position, operating from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Exemplary Communication: Answer phone calls and email inquiries with promptness and professionalism, ensuring exceptional customer interaction.
CRM Mastery: Efficiently manage customer leads in the CRM system, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records.
Detail-Oriented Notes: Add precise and detailed notes to customer profiles, maintaining meticulous records.
Expert Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and visits for customers and clients with precision.
Responsive Follow-Up: Respond to customer questions and follow up on inquiries promptly, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
Quote Management: Provide detailed and accurate information about quotes, services, and company offerings.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Coordination: Collaborate effectively with various company departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:

Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with CRM (Go High Level) software and customer management.
Independence: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction and flooring industry is highly desirable.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
