Job Title: Front End Web Designer | UX/UI Designer

Job Overview:
We seek a highly creative and detail-oriented front-end web designer | UX/UI designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating our client’s vision and branding into visually appealing and intuitive web pages. The successful candidate will collaborate with the development teams, including developers and marketers, to create engaging and user-centric interfaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our digital experiences.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and goals.
Design and implement visually stunning and user-friendly web interfaces.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs accordingly.
Optimize web designs for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
Maintain brand consistency and design standards across all digital platforms.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI, Graphic Design, Web Design, HCI, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in front-end web and UX/UI design.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web design projects and demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus.
UX/UI Design Skills:
Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and user personas.
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback positively.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
