Front-End Web developer – Experienced

We are a dynamic online webshop company seeking a skilled Front-End Web Designer to join our team. We prioritize creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will not only fine-tune our websites but will also create new, efficient templates from scratch.

Role Overview:

The Front-End Web Designer will have the ability to create visually appealing and highly functional website templates. They will work closely with our team to ensure our websites are user-friendly, responsive, and in line with our branding.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and implement visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly woocommerce- templates from scratch.
– Fix and enhance the typography, color, and spacing across the site to ensure visual consistency and readability.
– Conduct in-depth analysis of our site’s design and suggest improvements.
– Design comprehensive wireframes, user flows, and mockups.
– Create WooCommerce templates from scratch, ensuring they are visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly.
– Design and create multi-screen size illustrations to ensure our site looks good on all devices.
– Regularly test and improve the design of the website, ensuring that it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and updated with the latest web design trends.
– Work closely with our design and content team to ensure a cohesive visual and written narrative across all our platforms.
– Proactively solve design and technical issues, and propose improvements or alternatives to enhance the visual appeal and usability of our platforms.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Front-End Web Designer or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in web design software and programming languages such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript and PHP.
– Strong understanding of responsive design, and the ability to create designs that work well on all screen sizes.
– Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team and to collaborate closely with designers and content creators.
– Strong problem-solving skills and creativity, with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to life.
