Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Webflow development, with a strong understanding of both design and functionality. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creativity to build responsive, visually appealing websites.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform development work for retainer clients and execute new builds and projects efficiently using Webflow.
Employ creative strategies to advance projects efficiently.
Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers to understand their requirements and provide project updates.
Work collaboratively within the team and adhere to the lead developer’s guidance.
Create Loom videos as necessary to showcase work progress and communicate design and functionality aspects.
Accurately track hours worked and ensure project documentation is thorough and precise.
Essential Skills:
At least 3 years of experience in Webflow development.
Strong technical skills in HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
Experience using the Client-First naming convention for Webflow development.
Proficient in using Webflow to create responsive and visually appealing website layouts.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with Slack and other communication and project management tools.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage projects efficiently.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with JavaScript libraries like GSAP, SwiperJS, ChartJS, etc.
Experience with Wized, Memberstack, etc.
Basic knowledge of backend languages like PHP or to aid in server-side integration.
Experience with API integration for enhancing website functionality with third-party services and systems.
Work Environment:
This is a contract-based, remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere globally. While we offer flexible work hours, we require a consistent daily work schedule that includes a 3-6 hour overlap with our hours in Melbourne (8 AM to 8 PM).
