The Role Purpose:

The role of a Front-End Word Press Developer is to build beautiful sites that convert.

You will play the leading crucial role in developing, speed optimising, maintaining and supporting our clients’ websites.

You will work closely with other developers and our cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to deliver world-class websites that convert.

Your role will achieve the following outcomes:
1. Develop Pixel-Perfect WordPress Divi Theme Websites,
2. Website Performance Optimisation,
3. Cross-Browser Compatibility UI,
4. Responsive Design Implementation for Optimal UX, and
5. Client Satisfaction (effective and responsive communication and quality of work).

You Will Be Doing:

Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly WordPress websites that convert into leads for customers – Javascript, JQuery proficiency.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimise web performance for speed and scalability.

Managing web servers during build and post go live including conducting testing and debugging to ensure functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Launch websites effectively and efficiently.

Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks, adhering to project timelines and budgets. Work with our task management tools (Breeze and Confluence) and communicate effectively as a team.

Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and practices.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

What Success Looks Like:

100% of pages are designed identically to Figma design.

Achieve a Page Speed Insights score of 90+ for all websites developed.

Ensure seamless functionality across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with
