Your Role

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.

You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

– Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
– Bi-weekly All Team meetings
– Monthly reviews

About the Client:

The company is a trusted service provider of window cleaning and pressure-washing in Orange County, California. PFWC has served high net worth homes and blue chip businesses for over 25 years and has earned a 5-star reputation for high-quality technical skills and unmatched customer service. We are committed to operating with integrity and earning word-of-mouth referrals from our residential and commercial clients.

As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our service delivery interacting with prospective clients via phone and email, providing operational excellence in support of our technical teams and contributing to sales and marketing activities with our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

– Provide daily support for delivery team by creating route and time sheets, closing work orders and invoicing clients.
– Answer phones and handle customer inquiries with a focus on excellent service.
– Capture inbound leads, then generate estimate templates for technical and pricing input.
– Proactively confirm recurring and tentative client appointments; conduct outreach to lapsed customers in order to fill monthly schedule.
– Conduct market research and build/maintain lists to support outbound B2B sales initiatives.
– Use tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and LoopNet to generate insights into target companies and prospective B2B buyers to understand buying cycles and buying committees.
– Utilize training videos and technical skills to optimize marketing automations and operational processes for key software (ServiceMonster and ZoomInfo).

Requirements:

– Proven experience in customer support, operations, and sales/marketing, particularly within property-related trades.
– Flawless verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work Pacific Standard Time.
– Excellent organizational skills.
– Attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Familiarity with tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and LoopNet.
– Ability to learn new software and identify areas for optimization and incremental value.
– Strong technical acumen with experience in automations, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms would be a plus.
– Sense of humor, optimistic outlook and drive for excellence are highly-valued.
– Must have a quiet place to work in, a phone, and high-speed internet.

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

– $1000-$1200 depends on experience
– 13th month pay
– Performance-based bonuses
