The Senior Lead Front-end Engineer is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for architecture, developing, and implementing cutting-edge user interfaces for our products and services. This individual should possess advanced technical skills, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and a passion for creating engaging, user-centric experiences.
Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces for the client’s products and services
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to create seamless, visually appealing, and user-centered solutions that push the boundaries of modern web development
Optimize existing front-end code for performance, reliability, and maintainability, utilizing advanced techniques and best practices
Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge front-end technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure HireBus remains at the forefront of technical innovation
Drive the development of internal front-end guidelines, processes, and best practices to continuously improve team efficiency and expertise
Requirements:
Extensive experience with front-end programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue)
Mastery of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques, accessibility, and best practices
Proven experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools
Expertise in front-end build tools and processes (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, Grunt)
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
A track record of delivering highly complex, innovative front-end projects with a keen eye for detail and user experience
