We are a fast growing Australian Company looking for a Full time Accountant/Billing Administrator to carry-out and manage all Business Financial matters including Billing administration, invoicing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, job costing, payroll, and other tasks associated tasks including managing vendors, billing scheduling and account reconciliation.

AGM Technology is a Managed Technology Service provider with government & commercial clients all over Australia.
This requires strict compliance with various billing and invoicing policies and acute attention to detail.

Must be able to work Australian Eastern Time Zone (Sydney) 40 hours a week some overtime required from time to time .

Primary responsibilities:

General office & billing management including:

Using Xero Accounting
+ Our Industry Specific Photocopier ERP / Billing System. (Training & Documentation to be Provided).

Some Duties include :

Verifying accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors.
Creating invoices, and other agreements , which require calculation of credit terms, shipping charges, discounts, and costs of services in alignment with service contract/agreements.

General bookkeeping work on a job costing basis which may include entering data and maintaining records, invoices, and supporting documents of amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
Performing Bank Reconciliations
Creating supporting documentation for billing for each type of project, whether it be monthly service agreements, certified payroll reports, or hourly ad-hoc field services billing.

Contact customers , vendors , and subcontractors to obtain , verify , and update account information when necessary.
Highlight any discrepancies between logs and invoice accounts.
Initiate and design new procedures for remote office administration and billing tasks
Ensures insurance and corporate compliance and renewals.
Email, document and schedule management

Performing of other related duties, as assigned.

Updating and maintaining records of expenditures
Verifying accuracy of invoices before sending out payments
Responding to vendor invoices, statements, verification all items invoiced have been marked off and received by the company.

Ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policy
Ensuring all payments are sent on time
Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
Submit these certified payroll sheets to the government on a monthly basis in the form of a single PDF with a coversheet and invoice.

Accounts Receivable is about managing incoming payments on behalf of the company, which involve the following tasks:

Preparing email of invoices to customers, with supporting documentation.

Analysing financial records for accuracy

Required Skills/Abilities you Must Have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (ENGLISH)
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to do payroll reports.
Proactive and ability to solve problems as they arise.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Education and Experience:
Australian Company Experience & Australian Tax Code Knowledge strongly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree or vocational school training preferred in accounting, finance or payroll accounting.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Language:

English (required)

Terms:

Pay is negotiable based upon experience and certifications (45,000PHP to 58,000PHP per month)
40 hours a week + Bonuses and Benefits.

Ability to work on Microsoft Teams , Frequent Voice, Video, Chat Sessions throughout Business Hours
Hours of Operation from 8:30AM Australian Time (6:30AM Manilla Time Till 5:30PM. )
