As an Order Verification and Fulfillment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate order processing and efficient fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for verifying orders, cross-checking information across multiple platforms such as Shopify, Google Sheets, and third-party fulfillment apps. Additionally, you will communicate with warehouses, handle returns from Shopify, and manage returns through a dedicated return app. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication will contribute to seamless order management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Verification: Review and verify incoming orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Cross-checking Data: Regularly compare and reconcile order information between Shopify, Google Sheets, and third-party fulfillment apps to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity.
Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve order-related inquiries, and address any shipping or inventory issues.

Return Handling: Process and manage returns initiated through Shopify, ensuring proper documentation, and following the established return procedures. Utilize a dedicated return app to manage return requests and track return statuses.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing order verification and fulfillment processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose enhancements to streamline operations, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency.

– (Optional) Proven experience in order verification, fulfillment, or similar roles.
– Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and third-party fulfillment apps.
– Proficiency in using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
– Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams, warehouses, and customers.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and solve problems.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of return management processes and related apps/software is preferred.
– Familiarity with inventory management principles and practices is an advantage.

The salary is more than an average and you will be satisfied with this. Starting salary is minimum, once the testing period passes we will increase the salary.
