Job Overview:

UpMeals is looking for a detail-oriented part-time Fulfilment Coordinator (20 hours/week) who can accurately process purchase orders (with strong focus on the e-commerce business). The Fulfilment Coordinator will be working with and reporting directly to the Account Manager and will be an integral part of the team that ensures high volumes of orders per day are entered with the highest level of urgency and accuracy in a fast paced, metric driven environment.

Main Duties for the Job:

1. Receive and process sales orders for shipping and delivery
2. Provide admin and customer support for new and current e-commerce accounts
3. Running necessary Order Entry Reports as required.
4. Effectively resolve customer issues/concerns regarding purchases.
5. Respond to customer email inquiries and requests.
6. Develop and maintain excellent rapport with customers, both internal and external.
7. Ensure excellent communication internally with all stakeholders.
8. Maintain an excellent working knowledge of UpMeals’ products, sales promotions and order processes.
9. To be fully aware of the company’s quality management system and in particular follow any quality assurance work instructions that is applicable to any purchase order.
10. Perform other administration duties and projects as assigned .

Sales Order Fulfilment duties

1. Setting Up of New Clients in QBO
2. Receiving and Making follow up of Customers PO
3. Input the details of Customer Purchase Order into QuickBooks.
4. Facilitating Credits for bad orders or short orders.
5. Sending of Invoices to Customer on time.
6. Updating of Customer Details or changes in Address, Contact Number and Contact Person in QBO.
7. Maintain updated list of Customer Contact Details
8. Collection Follow up of Customer Invoices

Requirements of the Job:
2-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service or related experience
High level of computer literacy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be customer-retention focused
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and work well as part of a team
Excellent operational, time management and project management skills
Previous experience with QBO is a plus
