The Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant is in the business of accounting and bookkeeping services. These services include:
• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in technologies to deliver outstanding quality service.
• Have advanced QuickBooks Online knowledge and experience.
• Oversee client onboarding process for all assigned client engagements in accordance with the defined process.
• Serve as a resource to all assigned team members for guidance on client tasks and/or the resolution of client issues.
• Monitor team member performance by reviewing the quality of work, adherence to protocols, timeliness of deliverables, and adherence to client budgets. Provide coaching and feedback as needed.
• Work closely with the Account Manager to gain an in-depth understanding of the client’s needs and objectives in order to proactively identify issues and provide solutions.
Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant has a multitude of tasks on any given day. Full description in Zoom interview.
IMPORTANT:
1. Must have firm experience or legitimate experience handling a multitude of clients (at least 10-12 at a time) and a variety of business types, industries, etc.

3. This is a GRAVEYARD SHIFT, 11:45 pm – 7:45 am PH, Tues. – Sat. (Note: In AZ time, USA that is 8:45 am – 4:45 pm, M-F).
For example, they manage our service desk, help with onboarding, fill in occasionally to do basic bookkeeping, research and answer emails, and spot-check daily to make sure:
• Receipts are saved
• Invoices are entered
• Accounting treatment of expenses is consistent and correct
• Financial guidelines for clients are being followed
• Bank reconciliations and other required scope of work are being completed
Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant will also sign off on financial packages before these are sent to clients, and review invoices, payroll, communications, and other deliverables.
