Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions and be willing to work US timezone hours. This role requires someone who is open to building recruitment processes from the ground up and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Sheets, with a preference for those familiar with Notion and Airtable. Immediate availability is a must, and candidates based in Cebu are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

-Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.
-US Timezone Availability: Work during US business hours to coordinate with hiring managers and candidates in different time zones.
-Process Development: Build and refine recruitment processes from the ground up to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
-ATS Management: Utilize ATS to track and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and maintained.
-Data Management: Use Google Sheets to organize and analyze recruitment data. Familiarity with Notion and Airtable is a plus.
-Fast-Paced Environment: Work efficiently to meet a two-week Service Level Agreement (SLA) for every open requisition.
-Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
-Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

-Experience: Proven experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ATS and Google Sheets. Experience with Notion and Airtable is a plus.
-Availability: Willingness to work US timezone hours and start immediately.
-Location: Preferably based in Cebu.
-Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
