To be successful in this role – you need to be a hustler to find the right candidates to keep the applicant pipelines flowing.
• You will own the end-to-end hiring funnel.
• Review applications/applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Propose new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Consult with the recruitment team on job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Place and update all job postings in various Media including internet sites, social networks, and staffing partners.
• Ensure that you respond to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.
• Own the post-offer engagement process for your respective candidate(s).
• Ensure that candidates have a smooth recruiting experience. This includes all points of contact during recruitment – job search, the application, and the interview process.
• Help with other HR activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Strong Internet savvy, including knowledge of where to look and how to leverage the nuances of different job boards and search engines.
– Must have a high level of motivation with the ability to develop and execute a sourcing strategy to find resumes and generate names.
– Full cycle recruiter experience is required.
– Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in corporate and/or agency environments.
– Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing, tracking details, and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including the ability to set up email templates that get responses.
– Proficiency in Google Drive.
– Outstanding written communication and grammar skills.
Preferred but not required:
• Prior experience working from home.
