We are looking for motivated Full Desk Recruiters to join our team on a commission-based, 1099 contract basis. Key Responsibilities:
Client and Candidate Engagement: Build and foster relationships with both clients and candidates. Understand their needs, preferences, and expectations to provide exceptional recruitment services.
Recruiting: Identify, source, and evaluate potential candidates for open positions. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking; Skillfully match candidates with job opportunities based on their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within client organizations.
Client Acquisition: Perform lead generation, prospect, and acquire new clients by showcasing our recruitment expertise and the value we bring to their talent acquisition efforts.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both parties.
Negotiation: Act as a liaison between clients and candidates during the offer and negotiation phase, ensuring terms are agreeable to all parties.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions, job specifications, and other relevant information in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter in a commission-based role
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
High level of professionalism and integrity
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
