Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Sales Cycle Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, focusing on generating leads, booking meetings, and providing comprehensive support to our sales personnel with diligent follow-up and account management. As a specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the entire sales process, acting as a foundational pillar for both our sales team and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. This involves identifying and targeting businesses that would benefit from Anima Automation’s services, through both inbound and outbound efforts.
Meeting Scheduling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to schedule meetings. You will be responsible for managing the calendar of sales appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
Sales Support: Assist our sales team during the sales process by providing necessary documentation, presentations, and any additional information required to close sales effectively.
Follow-Up and Account Management: Engage in consistent follow-up with potential and existing clients to ensure their needs are being met. This includes addressing queries, providing updates, and maintaining a strong relationship throughout the sales cycle.
Reporting and Analysis: Regularly track and report on sales activities, including lead generation success, meeting outcomes, and overall sales progress. Use this data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and contribute to the sales team’s success.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong understanding of the full sales cycle.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is preferred.
Knowledge of AI and automation solutions is a plus.
Compensation:
Commission-based role with an attractive rate of $1,500 per sale.
