Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Creative Agency Project Manager Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our creative agency in managing projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between team members and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for creative work.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects from conception to completion.
– Manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.
– Coordinate with internal team members, freelancers, and external vendors to allocate resources and assign tasks effectively.
– Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions.
– Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting agendas.
– Facilitate project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations as needed.
– Monitor project progress and track key performance metrics to ensure projects stay on budget and meet quality standards.
– Assist in the development of creative concepts, campaigns, and marketing materials.
– Conduct research and gather information to support project objectives and deliverables.
– Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing files and documents.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
– Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovative and impactful work.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
– A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration, is preferred but not required.
