Full-Service Email List Manager (Remote)

Mogul Press is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Service Email List Manager and Copywriter to join our team. We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in both email marketing technology and persuasive copywriting. The ideal candidate will have completed Troy Ericson’s Email List Management certification and possess a proven track record of successfully managing email lists for high-ticket online businesses such as coaching, consulting, and agencies.

Responsibilities:

? Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy development, technical setup, copywriting, and performance analysis.
? Craft engaging and persuasive email copy that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.
? Set up and configure email marketing automation systems (e.g., ActiveCampaign) to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution.
? Segment email lists and tailor messaging based on customer profiles and behaviors to optimize engagement and conversions.
? Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to refine email content, subject lines, and calls to action for improved results.
? Analyze email performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
? Collaborate with marketing teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing.

Qualifications:

? Troy Ericson’s Email List Management certification or equivalent qualification is required.
? Proven experience as an email list manager, with a track record of managing email lists for high-ticket online businesses (coaching, consulting, agencies).
? Proficiency in both email copywriting and technical setup within email marketing platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign).
? Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies to optimize email engagement and conversions.
? Demonstrated ability to generate persuasive and compelling email copy that drives results.
? Experience in conducting A/B testing and analyzing email performance metrics.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative email marketing strategies.
? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Work Schedule:

5 days per week
8 hours per day
Flexible Day shift/Night shift availability based on project requirements.
