Note: After interviewing several people for the last role I posted here, I’ve made some revisions to the job description and reposting.
I am an established entrepreneur with a small online brand. I am looking for a dedicated virtual assistant that is capable of helping me scale my content with my direction.
???? This will require video editing, audio editing, copywriting, and scheduling content.
Ideally, I’d like to be able to do the following:
1: Send you partially written posts for social media to be finished in my tone and voice.
(Example: /in/raymondgreen)
2: Send you raw video from Descript or my iPhone to have it edited and prepared for publishing on social.
(Same example as above. )
3: Send you Descript recordings and have them edited and published for my podcast.
(Example: /podcasts/repeatable-revenue)
4: Send you an outline and draft of a newsletter to have finished, or at least mostly done for me to make revisions.
(Example: /blog)
5: Ask you to go through new and existing content and find ways to repurpose it to other channels (YT, IG, TikTok, FB, etc.).
6: Ask you to coordinate and schedule content that is ready for approval in Buffer.
7: Ask you to track metrics and KPIs and audience growth / engagement.
Requirements:
– Fluent English
– 40 hours/week
– Working during US time zones.
– Experience in video and audio editing.
– Experience in writing copy.
– Experience with various social media channels

– Descript
– Kajabi
– Buffer
