Horison Marketing is currently in search of a passionate and proficient Full Stack Developer to take on a pivotal role in transforming our Google Sheet tools into a web-based environment while also managing one or two automation developers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in database development, server-side and client-side development for web applications, utilising Java, JavaScript, React, and . Additionally, a sound knowledge of databases, particularly AWS, will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain a robust web framework for transitioning Google Sheet tools into a user-friendly web environment.
– Take care of project management within the Tech Team.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Design, build, and optimise databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
– Implement server-side and client-side development for web applications, adhering to industry best practices.
– Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices.
– Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed for enhanced functionality.
– Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
– Monitor and optimise web application performance, scalability, and reliability.
– Ensure web applications are compliant with relevant web standards and best practices.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring seamless functionality.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into project development as applicable.
– Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance and improve web applications.
– Maintain clear documentation for code, databases, and project specifications.
– Assist in system testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes.
– Provide technical support and expertise as needed for ongoing projects.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in full-stack web development with Java, JavaScript, React, and .
– Strong knowledge of database design and management, with a preference for AWS experience.
– Proficiency in web development frameworks, libraries, and tools.
– Solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
– Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
– Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
– Familiarity with web security principles and best practices.
– Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
– Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
– Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing technologies and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
– AWS Certification or relevant cloud computing expertise.
– Experience with e-commerce platforms or Amazon-related projects.
– Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
– Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
