What are we looking for?

We seek a Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team and build scalable, high-quality systems. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology, this role will be responsible for writing codes, designing and developing APIs, integrating data, supporting the operations team to communicate on various campaigns, and more in a fast-changing, friendly, and welcoming environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

– Designing and developing robust, scalable software solutions in collaboration with other teams
– Writing well-designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices.
– Writing code for business and/or data layers
– Integrating data from various back-end services and databases
– Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
– Creating and maintaining software documentation
– Maintaining, expanding, and scaling our sites
– Staying plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and applying them to operations and activities

What do you bring to the table?

– 4+ years experience in web design and development.
– Proficient with PHP frameworks (Laravel, WordPress)
– Proficient in HTML, CSS, and at least one other JS front-end framework (Vue, React, or Angular)
– Familiar with JavaScript back-end frameworks (Express, Node, Meteor, etc)
– Familiar with test frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, Mocha, etc)
– Experience with Rest API design.
– Familiar with JIRA, AWS deployment and the Git workflow
– Project management experience is considered an asset

WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday 10 PM-7 PM PHT
