Job Description

SuperviseMe is seeking a dynamic and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. This role involves maintaining and evolving our web-based application, a pivotal tool in the healthcare compliance industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both front and back-end development, as well as database administration.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the full stack of our suite of applications.
-Work collaboratively with our development team and stakeholders to conceptualize new features and applications.
-Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring excellent visual design and user experience.
-Implement robust security measures, following best practices to protect sensitive health data in compliance with HIPAA and -other regulations.
-Oversee and manage application infrastructure, including cloud services, database operations, and server-side logic.
-Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal functionality and security.
-Craft and maintain documentation regarding application configuration, deployment processes, and code.
-Facilitate the migration of legacy systems to new technologies, optimizing performance and scalability.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
-3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a portfolio of successful projects.
-Proficient in front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular).
-Expertise in server-side programming with , Python, Ruby, or similar languages.
-Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), including schema design and query optimization.
-Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of scalable infrastructure.
-Solid grasp of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies.
-Demonstrated experience with secure coding practices, encryption techniques, and secure user authentication.
-Acute understanding of the healthcare industry’s regulatory and compliance environment.
