We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer and capable Dev Team Lead to maintain and improve ,our existing software applications. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development using Electron, AngularJS version 14, AngularJS version 1.X, Kendo UI, C#, SOAP Web Service, Entity Framework, and Microsoft SQL. Deployed technology targeted at Microsoft Windows Server, Windows PC and Mac OS.
• Maintain, refine, and expand our existing software applications.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines, orchestrate deployments, and enable collaboration across the team.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and lead the team following Agile principles and methodologies.
• In addition to coordinating the dev team, you will be a hands-on full stack developer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize work, and implement enhancements.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the application, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas and insights to drive innovation in storage and video technology solutions.
Qualifications:
• Passionate about enhancing video storage, production, and asset management solutions. Enthusiastic about product development with an emphasis on building high quality products while being responsive to the needs of our customers.
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development in our tech stack. Experience video technology or related fields a plus.
• Proficient in Electron, AngularJS version 14, AngularJS version 1.X, Kendo UI, C#, SOAP Web Service, Entity Framework, and Microsoft SQL.
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps, including build and release management.
• Energetic about using new AI technology to improve development efficiency.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification desired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
