Full Stack Developer (Focus on Frontend – MeteorJS, ReactJS, MongoDB)

Protodo is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer with a focus on front-end development to join our dedicated team. We’re building an innovative web app using MeteorJS, ReactJS, and MongoDB. As we’re preparing for our Beta-phase, there are plenty of engaging tasks and projects to tackle.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle assigned work packages, predominantly working independently
Create initial plans/mockups for assigned tasks
Develop and test your work according to project specifications
Engage in weekly and impromptu meetings, providing updates and seeking assistance when necessary
Key Qualifications:

Mid-Level to Senior experience in web development
Extensive knowledge of MeteorJS and ReactJS
Experience with MongoDB
Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience is a plus
Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, and a commitment to respond within reasonable time frames
Job Type: Contract

Schedule:
Flexible 30–40 hours per week with approximately a 4-hour overlap with UTC+2 (Germany). Must be available for weekly meetings every Thursday at 10 AM Berlin time.

Salary: ~$25 per hour depending on experience

Company Culture: We maintain a friendly and business casual culture. All our communication takes place in English over our own app. Although you’ll mostly be working independently, help and support will always be available.
