Job Description

We are seeking a full stack developer to assist with the development of a custom CRM for our real estate industry.
The CRM can be based off the following admin code base using react or laravel as a style guide, the benefit of this is it already has several app functions built in, inbox, calendar, to do, project, contacts. Some improvements will be needed to specifically meet our needs, so you will be confident in making amendments to this code to suit our needs.

The core functions of the application will be;
1. Dashboard (over view of tasks, calendar, to do, leads, etc)
2. Inbox (gmail, yahoo, office 365 and pop/imap integrations) We may also require the option of set up of a dedicated email address specific to the user if external email accounts are not to be integrated.
3. New Inquiries List (New Leads data fed from parsed email data) You will be required to develop an email parsing script which extracts key data from inbound emails and add this data to the contact list, new contacts are tagged as new inquiries.
4. Contacts (just a contact list with contact information with filters such as tenants, owners, developers)
5. Properties (Just a non public page of the property detail, notes, photos, owner details etc. These can be listed as current, expired, archived)
6. Deals (this is a Kanban style board or list with all active deals and stages of the transaction. See below deals manager link as example)
7. Leasing Campaigns (Active Lease Listings) This is like a project page where new jobs are listed these will have a checklist of things to do upon taking on a new listing, so that deal status can be updated.
8. Sales Campaigns (Active Sales Listings) as above item 7.
9. Marketing Materials (this will have some file storage organisation, and link to other tools and will include the implantation of some simple openai scripts such as AIKIT)
10. Automations (mail, Twilio integration etc) (we ideally would like automations to trigger such as email or sms responses on new lead added to contact list. (we can buy any external scripts required to complete and assist these tasks during your development process) example script may be as example which will require some modifications to suit /item/twilio-easy-call-pro/13892822
11. Links (just a page with our popular sites used by our agents)
12. Settings (company profile, icon, email settings, twilio settings, external api connections etc.

Whilst this may sound exhaustive but lack exact detail further detail will provided under an NDA agreement.
This project will be to develop the MVP for internal use, then we will be launching to the market, so will have to be saas compatible so scaleable, cloud deployable and once the mvp has been developed out the conversion to saas will be the next job for the developer, the chosen developer will stay with us on this project so the initial mvp project may turn into a full time position with ongoing development support, We are looking for a partnership here not a one off gig.
